Tiramisu Chia Seed Pudding

Loving this Tiramisu Chia Pudding, packed with protein, fiber and omega! The entire recipe contains 47g of protein, giving each serving around 23.5g of protein.


Only 5 ingredients and under 5 minutes to make! Ready to make it?


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 espresso

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tbsp. dark cacao powder (for heart signature)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


Combined all of the above ingredients (minus the cacao) into a glass or ceramic bowl. Once combined, dust cacao on top and place in refrigerator overnight. If you want to add an extra touch, get a heart cookie cutter and place it on top of the pudding - dust it with a dark cacao powder for a signature effect!
