Initial Assessment & Consultation
During your initial assessment I will examine the current state of your health. Once root causes are identified, I can determine what nutritional interventions would be best suitable for you in a personalized protocol. Included with this is a full nutrition plan, body measurements, wellness/mindfulness activities and advise for supplementation.

During your initial assessment I will examine the current state of your health. Once root causes are identified, I can determine what nutritional interventions would be best suitable for you in a personalized protocol. Included with this is a full nutrition plan, body measurements, wellness/mindfulness activities, advise for supplementation and 1:1 support for 2 weeks to ensure you stay on track and that the plan is working!

During this session we will review your plan and further educate and monitor your progress related to both your immediate health concerns & long term goals. If you already had an Initial Assessment with Hair Analysis this session would review results as well. Cost: $60 | Length: 30mins
Hair Analysis + Consultation
During this session we will review your Hair Analysis report and further educate and discuss your immediate health concerns. Hair Analysis will require 5 strains of hair in a sealed bag, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. The report summary includes:
