Bone Broth Mac n' Cheese in a staple in my house for the kids! I try to incorporate Bone Broth in my children's meal where possible. Bone broth is rich in essential nutrients like collagen, amino acids, and minerals that support healthy bone development, digestion, and immune function in kids. Its gut-healing properties also aid in nutrient absorption, making it a nourishing addition to their diet.
Boil Macaroni pasta until Al Dante (always have Pasta Al Dante - as it reduces glucose spikes). I like to use a brown rice, cassava, high protein chickpea or lentil pasta for extra nutrients.

Once your pasta is cooked & drained, put it back into the pot. Now add the following:
1 cup of Bone Broth
1/2 cup Milk (A2 or 3.25% preferred)
1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
Stir on low heat for 5minutes.
Next add your Parmesan Cheese Grated or shredded Cheddar Cheese
Stir for 1 minute and ready to serve!
This creamy, nutrient-packed Bone Broth Mac & Cheese is a delicious way to nourish the whole family—comfort food with a wholesome boost!
